2023 Audit of Village Board Oversight

This link will provide you with the New York Comptrollers Audit of Wappingers Falls Village Board Oversight. The Audit period was June 1, 2020 – September 7, 2021. The audit shows the extent of lack of Village oversight of finances. Candidate Kevin Huber and Candidate Jennifer Niznik were both Village Board members during the times that the audit covered. Ex-Trustee Niznik was on the Finance Committee from September 2020 through 2022 and was Finance Committee Chairperson in 2023.
